Our Assignment
Our goal is to play an integral part in seeing to it that rental housing finds balance in municipalities with declining populations. This is achieved through the acquisition, management, development and liquidation of real estate that is owned by the municipality or
one of it's real estate constituents. In some cases, demolition and recycling are necessary. We also provide that as a part of our service.
Sbo's vision
Our vision is to be the municipalities best imaginable partner concerning the eradication of existing vacancies. SBO works in cooperation with other participants in finding opportunities for new and existing businesses.
Our Task
Businesses concerned with entertainment, tourism or other specialties require locations that are in accordance with local markets. That which is unique, or unusual in every area is highlighted. The involvement of local forces and enthusiasts is one way to
insure positive results.
Advertising on the national and international level is how we reach new target groups. In order for this to succeed, SBO will need to be in the right place at the right time, using the right language and currencies securely and responsibly providing attractive
products. Residences are created and developed in existing and new areas.
Sbo's real estate administration is run with the knowledge that real estate is an influential part of any environment for the entirety of its' life cycle. This includes everything from the planning and construction stages to the management, rebuilding and eventual demolition. SBO takes this into consideration from an environmental perspective and puts focus on durability and reusability into every project and residence.
