'SBO has had an enormously profitable year. We have seen a 47% increase and our apartment properties encompass a total of 33 849 m².' says Sten Ekström, executive for SBO. 'Our enterprise is active in Bispgården, Bräcke, Filipstad, Grythyttan, Hammarstrand, Hassela, Hällefors, Kopparberg, Laxå, Porjus, Sorsele, Söråker, Timrå och Överkalix. In total SBO has acquired 150 apartments in 2009 and sold 19.'
'At the start of 2010 we entered into discussions with two municipalities, Dorotea and Degerfors, regarding the acquisition of vacant residences.'
As of 2009, SBO has been able to expand its operations and 107 municipalities currently have SBO's services available to them as opposed to what was formerly 30.
