Överkalix
16 apartments in Överkalix were acquired by the SBO. They have now adapted for home for the elderly and a special lift has been installed (see picture) which makes Oven second floor available. A type of loftgångshus created.
The floor plan is open space that facilitates accessibility, spacious bathroom with washing machine and access to collection of flat. Those who are most in need of adapted housing will be given priority by the municipality. All communication is via the municipality.
Security is of great value to the residents and special staff has recruited for the project. SBO and the municipality have a separate agreement on the business.
