Ragunda
In Bispgården, part of the municipal Ragunda, live about 1500 people. Most live in their own homes but there are also municipal and privately owned rental properties. Social services, both public and commercial, will disappear as the population decreases.
Fors Business association in Bispgården, which represents approximately 60 companies with over 500 employees, have a strong belief in the future and to offer jobs in the engineering industry. While other sectors of society have jobs but it's unique in that they have difficulty finding employment o housing.
SBO and Ragunda have invested in ”satellite housing" and created 28 apartments. All apartments are rented and 10 villas have been released for sale to others.
